Airport Information
All major international and domestic flights serve Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Ground Transportation Information
The approximate taxi cost for transportation to the hotel is $65 CAD.

The Union Pearson Express provides service from Toronto Pearson International Airport to the Trump International Hotel. The Union Pearson Express departs every 15 minutes and approximate travel time from the airport to downtown is 25 minutes. The cost of a one way fare is $27.50 CAD. Union Station is 600 meters (0.4 miles) from the Trump Toronto.

  • What is the purpose of this event?

    This is a networking event for Advertisers and Publishers in the Rakuten Affiliate Network where meetings take place related to driving sales for Advertisers and driving commissions for Publishers. It is also an opportunity to learn about the Rakuten Affiliate Network and about the industry in general.

  • What does my registration fee include?

    The registration fee includes an attendee welcome kit, access to educational sessions, entry into any gift prize drawings, and extensive networking with partners and peers during the networking reception and After Party.

  • Why am I having trouble registering online?

    Admission is limited to Rakuten Marketing clients, partners and invited guests. To confirm your invitation status, we ask that you verify your name and e-mail. Sometimes, however, our records are not up-to-date and we may not have your current information on record. If you have received an invitation and are currently experiencing difficulty registering, please contact so we may update your information into our system.

  • What is the registration cancellation policy?

    Cancellations for Rakuten Marketing Symposium Toronto 2015 must be submitted in writing prior to Friday, October 16, 2015. Refunds are not available after that date and no-shows are subject to the full registration payment. Name substitutions will be allowed without penalty. All cancellation or name change requests must be submitted via email to

  • What is DealMaker?

    DealMaker is a session at every Rakuten Marketing Symposium event where attendees have the opportunity to network with Advertisers and Publishers who have purchased a DealMaker sponsorship. Sponsors display their collateral and giveaways at their table. It is a great way for sponsors to gain exposure at the event and for attendees to have meaningful conversations with potential partners.   • What is Pathable?

    Pathable is a private online community open exclusively to Symposium Toronto attendees to network with fellow attendees prior to the event. The community will launch by Friday, September 11.
