  • Retail was easier yesterday, wasn’t it? It seemed like the quest for a consumer’s attention pretty much ended once they walked in your store or visited you online. Now they are highly connected and easily distracted. So is your staff. And it’s getting harder to understand the constant flow of new technology options, from mobile apps and proximity systems to loyalty programs and analytics packages.

Top retailers today aren’t looking at each new technology pitch for the answer. They recognize it’s all part of a complex, living ecosystem. And the connected consumer lives in the center. Commerce today is all about commerce and context in the moment, and all the players in the system—consumers, brands, retailers, publishers, agencies—can enhance the experience.

In this session you will learn how to map the tactility and immediacy of the brick-and-mortar experience to the speed, flexibility, and personalization of the online world.

    VP Commercialization, Kinetic Café
