General Registration Fee: $575/pass if registered by 4/22/2016. $675 thereafter.
Agency Registration Fee: $399/pass

Registration includes access to Jump Start Networking, Keynotes, Strategy Sessions, Publisher Showcase, Luncheon, and DealMaker.

Note: Attendance to Advertiser University, the Golden Link Awards, and the After Party are not included in the registration fee. The cost for Advertiser University is $499, the Golden Link Award ticket is $175 (seating is limited!) and the After Party is $100. Please select to add these events during the registration process if you plan to attend.

This full-day session includes updated lectures, Publisher panel discussion, hands-on training, break-out sessions, templates and action plans to take with you. Meet and learn from top Rakuten Marketing affiliate program managers and Publishers.

    Network with other Advertisers and fine-tune your affiliate strategy to enhance your Publisher meetings at Symposium. Continental breakfast and executive lunch are provided.

  • Join us at the annual Golden Link Awards as we celebrate the golden partnerships that drive performance-based marketing. Your ticket includes a cocktail reception, dinner, and our special awards ceremony! Tickets are $175 a piece and can be purchased during the registration process.

  • Showcase will highlight five thriving publishers within the Rakuten Affiliate Network.  Each publisher will take the stage for 10 minutes to present on what they do, the opportunities within their platform, and how they can partner with advertisers.  This strategy session is a tremendous opportunity for advertisers looking to explore new relationships or expand on existing relationships. For Publishers it is a chance to learn more about what is happening with the space.

  • Why am I having trouble registering online?

    Admission is limited to Rakuten Marketing clients, partners and invited guests. To confirm your invitation status, we ask that you verify your name and e-mail. Sometimes, however, our records are not up-to-date and we may not have your current information on record. If you have received an invitation and are currently experiencing difficulty registering, please contact events@mail.rakuten.com so we may update your information into our system.

  • What is the purpose of this event?

    This is a networking event for Advertisers and Publishers in the Rakuten Marketing Network where meetings take place related to driving sales for Advertisers and driving commissions for Publishers. It is also an opportunity to learn about the Rakuten Marketing Network and about the industry in general.

  • What does my registration fee include?

    The registration fee includes an attendee welcome kit, access to the welcome reception on Wednesday, June 22 and full day access on Thursday June 23 including the keynote sessions, Dealmaker, meals and extensive networking opportunities at the conference. Also, entry into any gift prize drawings, and extensive networking with partners and peers during the networking reception.

    Please note attendance at Advertiser University or the Golden Link Awards on Wednesday, June 22 and the After Party on Thursday, June 23 are not included in the registration fee. Tickets can be added onto your registration and purchased during the online registration process.

  • How can I invite my colleague or partner to Rakuten Marketing Symposium New York?

    If you think there is an executive in your company or a valued partner who would benefit from attending the event, please send their name and contact information to events@mail.rakuten.com.

  • What is the registration cancellation policy? 

    Cancellations for all Symposium New York events must be submitted in writing by Monday, June 6th. Refunds are not available after that date.  No-shows are subject to the full registration payment. Name substitutions will be allowed without penalty. All cancellation or name change requests must be submitted via email to events@mail.rakuten.com.

  • What is DealMaker?

    DealMaker is a session on Thursday, June 23 from 3pm-6pm where attendees have the opportunity to network with Advertisers and Publishers who have purchased a DealMaker sponsorship. Sponsors display their collateral and giveaways at their table. It is a great way for sponsors to gain exposure at the event and for attendees to have meaningful conversations with potential partners.

  • How do I obtain a press pass?

  • What is the conference dress code?

    Dress for Symposium New York is business casual.

  • What is Pathable?

    Pathable is an online community open exclusively to Symposium New York attendees to network with fellow attendees prior to the event. All registered attendees will receive an invitation to join the community directly from Pathable when the community launches.
