Golden Link Awards

The Golden Link Awards will bring together more than 350 people representing leading Advertisers, Publishers and Agencies to celebrate excellence and innovation in the performance marketing industry. The event will be held the on Monday, June 29 during Symposium New York and will take place at the famous Edison Ballroom in New York City. All finalists receive a free ticket to the awards ceremony!

This year, we are excited to bring you celebrity comedian Al Madrigal as this year's GLA host! Al is a regular contributor on Emmy Award-winning The Daily Show with Jon Stewart on Comedy Central and has made appearances on many shows including Chelsea Lately and Jimmy Kimmel Live.

  • Why am I having trouble registering online?

    Admission is limited to Rakuten Marketing clients, partners and invited guests. To confirm your invitation status, we ask that you verify your name and e-mail. Sometimes, however, our records are not up-to-date and we may not have your current information on record. If you have received an invitation and are currently experiencing difficulty registering, please contact so we may update your information into our system.

  • What is the purpose of this event?

    This is a networking event for Advertisers and Publishers in the Rakuten Marketing Network where meetings take place related to driving sales for Advertisers and driving commissions for Publishers. It is also an opportunity to learn about the Rakuten Marketing Network and about the industry in general.

  • What does my registration fee include?

    The registration fee includes an attendee welcome kit, access to Jumpstart Networking and the welcome reception on Monday, June 29 and full day access on Tuesday, June 30. This includes keynote sessions, DealMaker, meals, extensive networking opportunities at the conference and reception, sessions and entry into any gift prize drawings. Please note attendance at Advertiser University on Monday, June 29 and the After Party on Tuesday, June 30 are not included in the registration fee. Tickets can be added onto your registration and purchased during the online registration process. 

  • How can I invite my colleague or partner to Rakuten Marketing Symposium New York?

  • What is the registration cancellation policy? 

    Cancellations for all Symposium New York events must be submitted in writing by Friday, June 12. Refunds are not available after that date.  No-shows are subject to the full registration payment. Name substitutions will be allowed without penalty. All cancellation or name change requests must be submitted via email to

  • What is DealMaker?

    DealMaker is a session on Tuesday, June 30 from 230pm - 6pm where attendees have the opportunity to network with Advertisers and Publishers who have purchased a DealMaker sponsorship. Sponsors display their collateral and giveaways at their table. It is a great way for sponsors to gain exposure at the event and for attendees to have meaningful conversations with potential partners.
