As CRO, Shirley leads global revenue initiatives, ensuring its solutions, services, and insights drive optimal multi-channel results for Rakuten Marketing clients.   

Career History:  
Shirley’s high-energy, strategic planning and entrepreneurial approach have propelled her 25+ years of business-to-business sales and marketing experience. Before joining Rakuten Marketing Shirley was President of N. America for Travelzoo and ran numerous sales, marketing and customer success programs at Walt Disney Internet Group, International Data Group and CMP Media/UBM.
