James focuses on building the attribution business globally for Rakuten Marketing.  Using his industry expertise, he also spearheads the development and growth of Rakuten Marketing's proprietary attribution solution, Cadence Essential.

Career history
James has spent his whole career working with data and technology in operational, project management, senior consulting and management roles.

For the last decade, he has worked within the digital and online sector. Central to this work has been delivering actionable insights from advertisers’ marketing data and helping them use these findings to make more effective and efficient marketing decisions.

Since joining DC Storm (now Rakuten Attribution) in 2009, he has been responsible for building and developing the client services team, focusing on the delivery of excellent and scalable client management.

James hails from the West Country in England. He has many interests, but none surpasses his affection for all things rugby, cricket and scrumpy.
