Account Manager - Financial Services

You Will:

Oversee all program implementation by developing and tracking client project plans          

Interact with clients & publishers daily via phone and email for tactical requests        

Monthly in-person client visits        

Set, meet and exceed aggressive revenue goals for your clients          

Provide strategic advice to increase your client’s ROI            

Develop, maintain and extend relationships with your client        

Analyze weekly trend cards and provide strategic recommendations based on performance        

Create and organize client & publisher call agendas and recaps         

Monthly reconciliation for billing        

Review competition and understand changes in the financial industry         

Research & propose new publisher opportunities        

Work closely with internal team members as well as cross-functional teams such as Analytics, Tech & Network Development, etc.        

Serve as the guru for Rakuten Marketing’s proprietary software and support your clients to make sure they know the tools and resources available to them    

You Have:          

3+ years of performance marketing experience with a focus on client services. Affiliate Marketing experience is a plus.    

Experience and interest in the financial industry, (ie credit cards, banking, mortgages, etc.)        

Demonstrated success in measuring results and setting, meeting, and exceeding aggressive, quantitative goals ·         Analytical & strategic marketing skills         

The ability to prioritize based on corporate goals          

The desire and ability to think creativity, solve problems, & use professional judgement        

Exemplary written and oral communication skills, plus strong presentation skills        

Expertise in MS Excel & PowerPoint        

Bachelor's Degree required
